Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pk678 ("pk678", "the Platform", "we", "us"). 1.3 pk678 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 Where these Terms reference other pk678 policies – including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and Bonus Terms – those documents are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and pk678.

2.1 By registering with pk678 you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If pk678 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 18, pk678 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any funds, and conduct identity verification before taking further action.
2.2 It is your sole and personal responsibility to ensure that your use of pk678 is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk678 does not warrant or represent that access to or use of its services is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan must satisfy themselves as to the legality of online gaming in their locality before registering.
2.3 pk678 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where pk678 does not hold applicable licensing, or from individuals who have been self-excluded from gambling services.
2.4 Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of pk678 or its affiliated game providers are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in pk678 promotions.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one active account on pk678. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. pk678 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to void any associated balances or winnings.
3.2 During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 pk678 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. Before processing withdrawals, pk678 may require you to submit identity documents including a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending document submission.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk678 account credentials. pk678 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify pk678 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised account access.
3.5 pk678 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any breach of these Terms.
4.1 Deposits to pk678 may be made via the payment methods made available on the platform, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed within the pk678 cashier section at the time of transaction. Minimum USDT TRC20 deposit is 10 USDT.
4.3 All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction for cryptocurrency deposits. pk678 does not guarantee or warrant any particular exchange rate.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed after KYC verification is complete. pk678 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed in the cashier section, subject to payment processor processing times. pk678 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 pk678 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source of funds documentation, where it deems appropriate. pk678 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposit on the same account, as a security and anti-money laundering measure.
4.6 Deposits are made solely for the purpose of gaming activity on pk678. pk678 is not a banking institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
5.1 All bets and game play on pk678 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as displayed within the relevant game or sports betting section of the platform. In the event of conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
5.2 pk678 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet or gaming session where there is evidence of technical malfunction, data feed error, fraudulent activity, or any circumstance that pk678 determines renders the bet invalid. In the event of a void, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
5.3 All casino game outcomes on pk678 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by independently audited game providers. pk678 does not interfere with or modify game outcomes.
5.4 Sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL betting markets, are subject to standard sports betting rules. Markets may be suspended, voided, or settled differently from initial expectations where events are abandoned, rescheduled, or where official results differ from anticipated outcomes. Specific event rules are displayed within each market.
5.5 Winnings are credited to your pk678 account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or bet. It is your responsibility to review all settlements and to report any discrepancy to pk678 support within 72 hours of settlement.
6.1 pk678 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to each bonus are detailed in the specific bonus terms.
6.3 pk678 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn, bonus funds already awarded and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to the original bonus terms.
6.4 Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, or any form of systematic exploitation of promotional terms – is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk678 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
8.1 All content on pk678.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of pk678 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use pk678.club for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any pk678 content.
9.1 pk678 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk678 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk678 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk678 platform, including losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor delays.
9.3 pk678's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10.1 The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by pk678 is governed by the pk678 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pk678 you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 pk678 processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming obligations, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). pk678 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
11.1 You may close your pk678 account at any time by contacting pk678 support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of cleared funds (subject to KYC completion) will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
11.2 pk678 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without notice, where it determines that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, pk678 may withhold and forfeit the account balance.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of pk678 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pk678 is licensed and operated.
12.2 In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact pk678 support to seek an informal resolution. pk678 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, the dispute may be referred to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13.1 pk678 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, pk678 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform.
13.2 Your continued use of pk678 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using pk678 and close your account.
